Reception – collection from the store:
One (1) customer is allowed to be inside the store. The waiting of the other customers will take place outside the store.
Customers must maintain a safe distance (2 meters) from company employees.
There is a hand antiseptic in the store, the use of which is mandatory when entering the store.
The staff uses a mask and gloves, based on the instructions that are available.
We disinfect the reception area at regular intervals. Among others are: entrance door, trading bench, POS, computers etc.
Distributors:
Drivers use gloves and face mask based on instructions.
Delivery of luggage / parcels takes place exclusively at the entrance of the apartment building / offices. None of our drivers enter a building / apartment building for security reasons.
They have antiseptic / plastic gloves with them, to disinfect their hands as well as the parts of the vehicle that come in contact (Steering wheel, doors, box).
